หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare and manage M&E cost estimation for tender projects
• Analyze and review costs to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
• Coordinate with architectural, structural teams, and subcontractors
• Obtain and compare quotations from subcontractors
• Plan and control project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Negotiate technical and commercial terms
• Support tender submission and documentation
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project risks
• Participate in value engineering to optimize cost and design

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in M&E Estimation / QS within construction companies
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQ, and estimation
• Experience in tender preparation, subcontractor negotiation, and cost analysis
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, or estimation software
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure
